the Confidential Application Form and Franchise Development will
then contact you regarding an interview.

If a suitable site
is identified and we have received an indication of your
suitability, Dymocks Franchise Systems will assist you in
developing a substantial set of forecasts for evaluation plus
providing Prior Disclosure documentation.

A site inspection
will be arranged.

You must have your
independent financial and legal advisers review the Franchise
proposal including the Franchise Agreement and the forecasts.

A final approval
interview with a member of the Dymocks Board will take place
upon signing of the Franchise Agreement.
